FROM THE EAST AND/OR THE SOUTH VIA LOWER MICHIGAN  Take Michigan State Highway M-28  -  west to Munising.  Continue west on M-28 towards Marquette.  Approximately 20 miles past Munising - you will be turning left (south) onto Deerton Road.     ** see below
 

FROM THE WEST AND/OR THE SOUTH VIA WISCONSIN  At the intersection of US-41 and Michigan State Highway M-28 (you will be in the town of Harvey, about 2 miles south of Marquette) - turn east on M-28  -  towards Munising.  Follow M-28 east 15 miles from Harvey and turn right (south) onto Deerton Road.  **see below
 

**   Upon approaching Deerton Rd., green highway signs will mark the direction to Deerton.  After you turn on Deerton Road, drive 1.5 the direction to Deerton.  After you turn on Deerton Road, drive 1.5 miles to the STOP sign (Deerton School will be on your left.)  At Peter White Road - this is a county dirt/gravel road - (the white Town Hall will be on the corner.)  Drive 1.3 miles and the Whitefish Lodge will be on your right.  (NOTE:  We are approximately 3 miles from M-28.)
